Choosing a Healthier Life


A recent financial post made the suggestion that one of the most important, long lasting and beneficial investments is to invest in one’s health. As Suze Orman pointed out, individuals often overlook the important connections between their emotional and physical health and their financial health. Taking better care of yourself today gives you a healthier tomorrow and in the years ahead fewer chronic diseases with less medical expenses. However the real issue is to acknowledge that the individual has the freedom of choice to make those decisions concerning the lifestyle behaviors that determine their present and future health.
