Maintaining a healthy weight

While more than 70% of Americans are either overweight or obese, many individuals are just as concerned about maintaining a healthy weight as they are about losing weight. It is often overlooked that for enjoying an enhanced quality of life with fewer chronic disease conditions and reduced medical and pharmaceutical expenses maintaining a healthy and stable weight is very important. Portion sizes, food quality, snacking behavior, and dealing with emotional and stressful issues without using food as a coping mechanism are all important issues that can affect weight stability. Two other issues that also have a large impact on maintaining a stable weight are: hydration and decreasing refined sugar intake. These important behaviors, which appear simple to do, are often difficult to put into daily practice and continue. This is why the weight management tool Attenuate was developed, to help increase daily fluid intake and to help curb carbohydrate cravings. Mixing Attenuate into a large bottle of water, a suggested amount is 32 oz. and taken once between breakfast and lunch and again between lunch and dinner, will help provide enough hydration to decrease appetite, and provide the highest recommended dose of Garcinia Cambogia to reduce hunger and curb cravings for refined carbohydrates. Many of my patients have found that in addition to helping them lose excess weight, Attenuate has continued to help them maintain a healthy weight.
